  I will never go back there again, my husband and I bought a classic car the last week of May, so we went to the Hanover office to do tag and title transfer, we wanted antique tags so they filled out all the paper work and we paid the money for tags and taxes. The lady told us it would take about 2 weeks to get the tags. We didn't receive a call after two weeks that our tags were at Runkles, so we waited another week still didn't receive a call. So I called them and they said they didn't get the tags back yet. This went for 5 weeks. I ask them if they could contact penndot yo see what the hold up was, they gave me a phone number for penndot and said I would have to call that the couldn't. Well I did and finally after 2 months penndot told me that Runkles under charged us by $5.00 and that they sent paperwork back to Runkles. Another week went by and Runkles kept telling me they didn't receive it. So we were really frustrated at this point so we took it upon ourselves and drove to penndot and paid the $5.00 and got our tags. The people that work at Hanover Runkles are lazy and do not try and help you resolve issues!! And it was there fault to begin with!!

  Very efficient, well mannered, and teamwork oriented employees. I normally see all male or all female staff in establishments be inefficient, but not today. This all female staff was running numbers and paperwork like a super computer.

  I bought a car and came in maybe 10 or 15 minutes before they closed one night and thought they would be annoyed.. MAN was i wrong!! Karla was extremely polite and professional. She and her co-workers were there long after the time they were supposed to be closed. They were really cool and happy to help. If you are trying to decide on a notary / tag and title place, definitely try these guys out. If I am ever in the area and need something like this again, I know where I'm goin' - Runkle's. Thanks again. :)
