- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Constant rate changes, policy cancellation "by mistake," never even able to consistently speak to the same agent, not to mention rambling phone calls practically begging me to like them on facebook. I love State Farm's services, my family members have had them for over 30 years.
